KARDZHALI LTTA

In the period 25-29.11.2024, the LTTA (Learning/Teaching/Training Activity) started in Kardzhali (Bulgaria), within the Erasmus+ project Qualified education with innovative teaching methods in school (no. 2023-2-BG01-KA210-SCH-000184736).

The aim of this activity is to raise self-confident individuals who can solve problems and have good communication skills.

The first day had the following structure:

Meeting of participants;

The opening ceremony of the activities, at Profesionalna gimnaziya po ikonomika “Aleko Konstantinov”;

Ice breaker game (Bingo), to get to know the participants better;

Visiting the host school;

Presentation of each partner (organization, city, country)

The second day of LTTA Kardzhali was a real challenge for the students.

After the ice-breaking activities, the students were divided into 6 mixed groups and trained in workshops focused on drama technique. Thus, the students were invited to create some scenarios on certain given themes and to improvise plays for these scenarios. Although they faced difficulties due to cultural and language barriers, the students were finally able to complete the tasks.

At the end, the students were invited to solve a quizz about the partner organizations. The best were awarded.

The third day of LTTA Kardzhali included other workshops, new and exciting challenges for students;

Today the students were also divided into mixed groups. They were invited to put their creative artistic and communication skills in English to good use. Each group had a requirement to solve: marketing for the Erasmus+ project, avatar creation with the help of artificial intelligence, music, dance, poetry. And this time, the students proved originality and ingenuity in solving the tasks;

The second part was dedicated to sports competitions, which the students accepted and fulfilled with joy.

The fourth day of LTTA Kardzhali was dedicated to interculturality.

An excursion to the Bachkovo Monastery and the city of Plodviv was organized. The students had the task of identifying some defining elements for these places, to create suggestive pictures with the themes: something old, something new, blue, something borrowed. A brief presentation was made for each element. Each national team posted the results to the shared Goggle folder.

The last day of LTTA Kardzhali was one of conclusions and recapitulation.

A final walk together on the edges of the dam at Kardzhali was followed by a review session of this week’s activities. Several exercises and workshops were then held to strengthen group relationships.

At the end, certificates of participation were distributed, all participants said goodbye in an emotional setting! Thanks to the organizers of Kardzhali, congratulations to all participants, our project continues! For a quality education!
